Note that the Crestmont (x4) cluster has exactly the same area as the Redwood Cove core. Sierra Forest to have 448 cores @LisaSpelman @SandraLRivera? Intel should finally give AMD/Arm some of their own medicine. pic.twitter.com/KYiF5IoQKx

I haven't been reading the news lately, but TSMC 3nm seems to be going well again? So Granite Ridge and Navi4 have a good chance of using 3nm as originally planned.

What are Granite Ridge processors?
I'm looking at this again, and I don't see any dedicated DMI mesh tiles. Are they just using 8/16 of the PCIe lanes for DMI?
— Redfire (@Redfire75369) May 7, 2022
That would explain Sapphire Rapids maxing out at 112 lanes, 8/16 of the remaining 16 lanes are downclocked and used for DMI with the Emmitsburg PCH. https://t.co/EUm5tCHjIB
MDF is Modular Die Fabric. UPI is Ultra Path Interconnect.
Core tiles and IMC tiles.
DMI is the Direct Media Interface.
PCH is platform controller hub
