What spring?

This morning while dropping my friend at her apartment, I noticed the yellows on the sides of the road. Brittle bush. Spring already?. Contrast this with silent spring. If global warming is causing the early spring and Rachel Carson warned us of a 'no spring' due to the harmful chemicals, what other damages are remaining for the one spring we know. Which is?
I asked my dad today if the telugu word 'vasantham' is the right word for spring. I am reminded of the movie Vasantha Kokila. As a kid, I never paid attention to spring. Rain yes for appreciating the comfort of staying at home, of the opportunity to use our cool light green colour duckback raincoats. Summer for the holidays, trips, weddings, for all the mangoes, for the extra TV time of summer special. Winter didnt register much as it was not that cold. I only remember one read and white sweater from my childhood. But not if we were in a village during that time. In villages, especially when there are no houses around, it gets too cold. Gongadi and bonfires were used to stave off a village winter.

Can summer resist this invitation? In this poem we see the love of Jane shore for summer. It makes us think of what we feel for summer and what we like. The words in a poem traverse your experience by delving into the subject close and far.

While writing this, I realised I want to write down everything I remember from my childhood, so that my child can compare it to hers. Then I thought to capture all of it, what better than the dictionary to look for. Each thought has to be in the words of the dictionary.
For starters, I was reminded of the postboxes which are red in colour while here they are blue. The postmen wear khakhi color dresses while here they wear close to blue? They arrive on bicycles while here in the white van.

HOT lanes

Access to car pool lane at a price. Using an existing HOV lane to use its capacity instead of building a new toll lane saves money. But if the HOV lane gets too congested, would it not encroach the rights of carpoolers?. And why have been the chosen ones at some time? Is a favour protected by law? In this article 'time is money' for someone. This reminds me of parking situation at our apartment. At all the apartments that I have stayed at before, covered parking was free for the first car. At this current apartment at first it was 10$ for covered parking and now its 15$ for covered and 5$ for open spot. The thinking must be for some renter 'Shade is money'.

In HOV lane, concept of reversible lane is interesting.

Since HOV is first to reduce traffic by encouraging carpooling as one of the methods, it is fine to have high occupancy toll lanes as long as their speeds are maintained.

agencies to enforce each law? why am I surprised that this law got into effect through a referendum. There are some communities that dont allow casinos. With all things addictive, where is the line where they should be allowed or banned? How communities make different calls? Economy can make the difference.
Also that a conglomerate owns different casinos on same strip. If new casinos threaten the business of the ones on native land, is there any protection?
