I am always amazed, each time I meet a section of Law - Elder Law.

A while ago, a colleague showed  a picture of his gutted pool that had a leak beacuse of roots from his neighbours tree. I was interested in the law aspect of it.

Fruits and leaves trespassing is obvious. But the roots action is going on undeground.
Whoever has the stump owns it.
If businesses at home generate traffic, like day care centers, beauty shops then they are in trouble. Writers and artists can work from home.
